Yes, your membership may be terminated if you violate any of the following terms:

1. Multiple purchases by the same individual to obtain multiple sets of membership benefits are not permitted.

2. Membership benefits are for individual use only and cannot be shared with others or used for profit.

If your membership is terminated, you will lose access to all AROEVE Pureplus Membership benefits, including complimentary filters and other privileges.

During the membership period, any changes made to the Program's rules and terms will not impact the benefits or discounts of existing members. They will continue to enjoy the privileges they signed up for without any interruptions.

Since the provided filters are offered as gifts, they do not qualify for the warranty terms applicable to full-priced products.

Kindly ensure a thorough review of your order within a week of product receipt, verifying the quantity, product type and product condition for eligibility in our after sales service.

A refund for a Pureplus Membership can be made under the following circumstances:

• If the membership has not yet been activated.
• If the membership has been activated, but the customer has not yet redeemed any free filters.
• If the customer contacts at aplus@aroeve.com within 7 days of purchasing the membership and requests a refund.

If you has already received free filters or if the 7-day window has passed, AROEVE reserves the right to deny the refund request. However, AROEVE will always consider each request on a case-by-case basis.
