Yes, your membership may be terminated if you violate any of the following terms:

Q6:What is the concequece if my membership is terminated?
If your membership is terminated, you will lose access to all AROEVE Pureplus Membership benefits, including complimentary filters and other privileges.

Q10:Under what circumstances can a refund be made ?
A refund for a Pureplus Membership can be made under the following circumstances:
- If the membership has not yet been activated.
- If the membership has been activated, but the customer has not yet redeemed any free filters.
- If the customer contacts at aplus@aroeve.com within 7 days of purchasing the membership and requests a refund.
If you has already received free filters or if the 7-day window has passed, AROEVE reserves the right to deny the refund request. However, AROEVE will always consider each request on a case-by-case basis.
